I grew up in Colorado and moved to California four years ago. I recently graduated from UC Berkeley, where my honors thesis explored how a scalable, low-level PNF intervention could encourage young adults to seek help by giving them a better sense of where their self-reported depression, anxiety, and stress levels stand compared to others. I was proud to graduate with highest honors and receive the Warner Brown Award. I’m passionate about understanding how psychopathology and health intersect, and I’m excited to continue building toward a future in clinical work.
